In March 2022, NHKP held an innovative four-day event brought together 14 composing  students from diverse academic backgrounds on ZOOM, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program featured a rich blend of reading sessions and music lectures. Distinguished guests included Dr. Chen Yi, Dr. Philip Ewell, conductor Ken Lam, guitarist Prof. Marc Teicholz, and the contemporary quartet Comterporanine, offering participants an inspiring and multifaceted learning experience.
